November 28 Um...a Wizard did it?I wonder how the neighbours reacted...
(Edited previous post, added in links to translations. Yay!)
EDIT: I don't know if the banning of SG users make it unable to view, but I switched the link to ebaumsworld anyways. Screw Putfile. November 23 On snowboards and drinking [more], yeah!So...the snowboard event is over. Just when I had devised an evil plan to get rich.
Loot wherever people are hunting for the snowboards. They won't care much about stuff that are not snowboards. I got 10k from looting in Pig Beach. Yay.
I looted enough money to actually buy a crossbow. I think I'm starting to like it already. (Spear is still nice though)
@Kiwi: I won't be around until next Monday (some weird holiday here where people go crazy and starts stalking turkeys to eat.). Plz plz plz don't sell the board away plox.
Anyway, Kiwi told me SG is now in a Numa craze. ...again?! It even makes its way into a Chinese album.
Perhaps maia hii sounds like 买呀,hii. They want you to buy something! 0_0
Some jap guy with a webcomic wrote that numa numa iei sounds like "drink [more], drink [more], yeah!" in jap. So Numa is popular in Japan too. Only that they call it Maia hii.
Benjy is confused about the lyrics. This should help. Dragostea din tei is actually a romance song, how could you people not know?!
Perhaps all they know of Dragostea din tei is that it's a Romanian song, people are wild about it, and this some guy who did a dance while lipsyncing the song online. Or maybe, perhaps, Kia Wee doing the dance too.
On Maple again, I think I'll stick to Strutz as my main character. Every other character has their stats purposely messed up. And Strutz has a Korean fan one one one.
EDIT: This was what the japs translate Dragostea din tei to. You can read some of the kanji, they're similar to Chinese.
November 13 I got lucky in Maple for the first time. This person dropped a Korean fan. And uh...I picked it up. Yeah, that's about it. I'll need to level 20 times more before I could use it though.
woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot
EDIT: And second, third, and fourth times had something to do with a rather crappy snowboard, and two lousy scrolls. Yay. November 11 Oh noes.Missing: My iVLE password.
Last seen: Around September.
What happen?
1. Somebody set up us the bomb.
2. Someone hacked into my account and changed the password.
3. I changed the password and forgot about it.
4. The password was reset into something else.
5. iVLE hates me because I rearranged the letters into words with negative connotations. And a brand of jeans.
6. Somebody spilled coffee over the servers.
Choose one from the above! I'd say 6. D:
Meanwhile, anyone with too much spare time (even after playing Maple 48/7), could you help me send stuff from Mdm Tham's iVLE folder? November 07 Comparison 2I made the first comparison between oosa and sg in my free flow. It dealed with the school system and stuff (mostly...I think). Now on to the students I observed.
Note: This is based on observations. Will not be accurate.
In the comparisons,
SG = Sec 1 (13 years, some exceptions)
oosa = Freshman/Sophomore (max. age 16 years)
SG-
Day 1
"Ooi, I ran out of foolscap. Can you lend me one? I pay you back tomorrow."
Day 2
"Eh, here's the foolscap."
oosa-
Day 1
"Can I have paper?"
...
(You don't get paper back)
SG-
"Walau, this is so hard.." - Didn't really understand (too pressurized by tons of homework)
oosa-
"omg, this is so hard" - Didn't study (with so much more free time than SG?! What are you people doing?!)
SG-
Day 1
"Can I borrow pen?"
End of day
"Ooi, here's your pen back."
(If forgot, will return next day when possible)
oosa-
Day 1
"Can I have a pencil?"
End of day
...
Day 2
"Hey, pencil?"
"Oops, sorry. Here ya go"
SG-
Uniform, no alterations allowed.
oosa-
Wait...is that hair dyed...pink?!
SG-
No gum allowed.
oosa-
Gum everywhere. Floor, under table, shirt...
</comparison>
We should switch SG and oosa school systems sometime. Experiencing different school systems is fun. November 01 Halloween. -.-No, I did not go outside dressed and going around begging for candies. I teamed up with my brother and his friend to deliver the "most intellectual trick-or-treating experience".
"Halt!
Those who come to trick or treat
Must answer me
These questions three!
'ere the candies he will see."
So we proceed on with the first two questions (What is your name, what is your quest, etc) before asking something informational. (eg. What is the atomic number of Hassium?)
Some kid watched the Holy Grail though. He replied his quest with "To seek the Holy Grail." He did not ask for candy, so we didn't give it to him. Just kidding.
Ok, let's focus on something else. The kids usually say "trick or treat", but what if the person dares them to trick? Stumped, they will be. |
