1) Actually attending this con (very important)
3) Hype (by attempting to make employees cos Geass characters, looping Toradora/Geass/Skip Beat OP, and showing SD Shana on a HDTV.)
Now, all they need is to
1) License more good shows and release in DVD (G00 is good, I'm partial against Geass because the internets made it more entertaining than it should. License Druaga plox, I'd buy it, I promise.)
2) Get good TL and typesetting (and somehow lessen the impact of that fansub script lifting incident)
