February 21 Happy Lunar New Year.(The pic was totally not coloured shabbily within 15 minutes or so.)
I wanted to post earlier, but I happened to be in China during that period.
I hereby take this chance to wish everyone 心想事成，身体健康。May you have a bountiful year ahead. February 16 ModeRateThings were moderately good today, although I sense a change in the administration.
When we went to the gates of Nanyang Primary today, we were shooed away and told to return at 1.30, most probably to deter gatecrashing of the classes. Which killed most of the fun in going back. Then when we eventually got in, we were herded into the hall. The staff room was locked.

Also, the teachers seemed to be missing and stuffs. I only saw Ms Tay, Ms Yeo and Huang Laoshi.
Next, 10 of us went to watch Epic Movie. The tickets at the intended location was sold out, and we had to walk to Lido.
While waiting for the movie, Keng Yong was reading Shoushitsu (albeit published by some random company that is not Kadokawa), Thomas showed off his Rubik's Cube skillz, Raashidah displayed no Rubik's Cube skillz, I presented a bit of my Rubik's Cube skillz...
Epic Movie was rather interesting to watch if your mindset is correct. If you don't mind the characters you know and like to be horribly altered into weird storylines, it was hilarious! A modification of Kayne West's quote about George Bush not caring about black people and the GEICO ad made it win. A mention of Chuck Norris at the end secured the win. It seems like, if you happen to make a wrong move, you lose. What's with all that "You're seniors now, more responsibilities and stuff." (Also, Year 3 is supposed to be called junior year. Senior's year 4..)
Hence, my slight OCD (developed in oosa, consisting of checking stuff repeatedly) is worsening. I kept confirming with classmates the homework due tomorrow just now. :V
Due to sleeping hours (homework load), I also had to start getting coffee frequently during recess.
I want to get hold of some Private Squares. Then I could sleep all I want within 0 seconds.
My class isn't even average either. There exists like 2 people who should keep silent if they have nothing better to say. Another person should control his vocals sometimes, so as to not shout over small matters.
Homework seems to be based on completion now or something. This afternoon, one of my teachers, due to accumulated stress, snapped upon having six people not completing their homework. (Even though I wasn't one of his targets, the effects of his repriminding skills destroyed my Oblivious Level 2 skill. Scary.) Since it's based on completion, crappy, rushed out work would soon follow or something.
Maybe I should draw that teacher Higurashi-style. ^^;
EDIT: tyjiunn wrote on Chairshark's tagboard saying that Sec 3 is nothing compared to Sec 4 and JC. Using Stage 5 and 6 as allegory imminent. Hey, maybe JC 2 can be Extra, with the A levels! |
